Full refunds will be granted for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service.

A partial refund of 50% will be provided for cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled service.

No refund will be offered for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service or in the case of a no-show.
